The Occlusion Bands 4 Pack Consists of two bicep bands and two leg bands that are made of comfortable elastic material. They are designed for blood flow restriction training that ensures fast muscle growth without lifting heavy weights. The Velcro closure of the bands makes it easy to fasten to the arm. Some users noticed that the plastic loop on one of the leg bands broke on the third use, and the stitching is fraying. Other users observed that the bands are not easy to adjust. However, one user found the bands to be durable and repaired them after a year of extensive use. The only downside in design is that there is no number notches on it. One user reported that the buckle can pinch the skin if it is positioned on the inside of the arm when tightening. The bands are highly recommended by some users, with one calling them awesome and easy to use, though they wished two of the bands were thicker for the legs.
