The Petlinks 49902 Scratch Around is a 3-in-1 hide and play station that comes with a toy attached on top. The scratching surface is made from sisal and the base has carpet on the bottom. The product is sturdy enough for cats over 10 pounds, however, the edge of the carpet may fray after several months of use. One user had to add wooden blocks at the bottom to prevent it from falling over when their cat claws at it. The toy can be removed, and the base is in two pieces, so it is easy to clean. The scratching surface can be cut out and replaced with a new one, but unfortunately, the carpet section cannot be bought separately. The product is not only suitable for cats, but also for other animals that enjoy using it.
