FIXIT PARTS Parts Washers Editorial Review
The ORIGINAL WH16X26911 and WH16X26910 Washer Suspension Rod Replacement and Spring Assembly Kit has received a mixed but generally positive reception from customers experiencing issues with their GE washing machines. Many users highlighted significant mechanical problems with their machines, specifically related to balance and noise during operation. After replacing worn-out suspension rods, they noted remarkable improvements in performance, often describing their machines as running "like new" or "whisper quiet." Installation appears to be straightforward, especially with the aid of online tutorials, although some users mentioned that the challenge lies more in the washing machine design rather than in the product itself. While several reviews praised the fit and quality of the new rods, a few customers expressed disappointment regarding receiving used springs with visible wear instead of brand new parts. Moreover, while many found the product to be a solid investment due to its effectiveness in remedying balance issues, a couple of reviewers cautioned potential buyers to first inspect their old parts, as cleaning them might resolve the problem without needing a full replacement. Overall, customers appreciated the timely service and the genuine nature of the product, finding value in its ability to restore functionality to their washing machines. **
