The bar is well designed and comfortable to use with smooth and comfortable hand placement. The overall length of the entire bar is 6 feet long. The load capacity of the bar is 400#. The weights have to be Standard Olympic plates, with 2” hole. The XMark customer service, however, received negative reviews, with some customers mentioning their unresponsiveness and misleading return policy.
