Plugrand Extension Cords WA-003L1 Editorial Review
The Angled Four-in-One Heavy Duty OnOff Switch Extension Cord is a useful addition to any home or workshop. This extension cord is a 12-AWG 15A household plug that can be used with a 20A T Blade adapter cable. The heavy-duty 23A 125V inline switch makes it easy for users to turn off power to their devices at a moment's notice, saving time and preventing accidents. While there is no white version for now, the product is robust and has a rotating plug-in end that can be used right side up or upside down. Overall, the cord is safe to use with a variety of devices, including some microwaves, top load washing machines, and treadmills, but it's essential to check that the device's amperage draw is within the cord's limits. Users with large heating elements or appliances that require significantly more amperage must opt for a more heavy-duty cord. The switch is not a circuit breaker, so it won't trip if amps are exceeded in most cases. Additionally, the customer support is helpful, answering any questions that potential buyers may have. Customer reviews are mostly positive, with many people praising the convenience of the switch and the cord's safety. Some highlights are the switch's ability to prevent accidents and making it easier to turn off devices without having to unplug and move things around. However, a few users find the product bulky and inconvenient to use in tight spaces.
