The shoe is washable, but the interior footbed needs to be removed before washing. Socks are not required, but wearing no show socks would prevent odor from developing. Unfortunately, many customers had issues with the narrow fit of the shoe, causing discomfort and making them return the shoe. Some customers also had problems with the stitching on the tongue, causing the backs of the shoe to flap while walking. However, some customers found the shoe to be extremely comfortable and supportive, especially for those with foot issues. It is recommended to order a half size larger than usual to ensure a good fit.
