The MAXXAIR 00-955002 Fanmate Cover is a great addition to any RV with a power fan vent. It can fit 14"x14" vents without much difficulty, and the mounting brackets make installation easy. The white color allows plenty of sunlight through and reduces heat in the summer. It took one user only five minutes to install the cover and was done in no time. The cover also comes with slip pins and hardware, which are taped inside the hood. However, there are Cons to this product. One user had a problem with the louver section not being attached upon delivery and found the clips flimsy. Another said that the vented part didn't fit well into the body of the unit, and the bug screen didn't seal down tightly, which could allow bugs in. One user found that the cover shook and made noise on windy nights. Additionally, the plastic grill attached to the cover with little plastic pins, and the grill didn't stay in place while driving, according to one user's experience. Finally, delivery of the product with missing parts has happened to one user.
