The Victron app can be used to control the Cerbo GX, and the VRM portal can be used to monitor the system remotely. However, some customers have had issues with the product, including the lack of instructions and safety warnings, no ability to configure smart shunt and multipoint inverter online, and poor support from the manufacturer. There is also the need to have Bluetooth app and this touch screen to get all live system statistics, which some customers find inconvenient. Nevertheless, the product has received positive feedback from customers for its durability, ease of use and quick delivery.
