MAXXEON Job Site Lighting MXN-00812 Editorial Review
The Maxxeon MXN00812 Workstar Cyclops USB-C Rechargeable LED Worklight has garnered positive feedback from users, particularly in the mechanics and DIY community. Customers appreciate the lamp's impressive brightness and strong magnet, which allows for hands-free operation while providing ample illumination. Many users have found the lowest setting to be sufficiently bright for their needs, allowing for extended battery life, which is reported to last around 8 hours on that setting. The design includes a four-light charge indicator, making it easy to track battery levels. While the worklight is praised for its durability and performance, some users have pointed out minor drawbacks. The lack of a USB-C charging port is noted, as it necessitates carrying an additional charging cable, limiting the convenience of streamlined charging for multiple devices. Additionally, the absence of a hook for non-magnetic surfaces can be a limitation in various work environments, particularly on materials like aluminum and fiberglass. Some users also mentioned the firm pivot action requiring two hands to adjust the light's angle, although this design also contributes to its stability. Despite these Cons, many customers report a high level of satisfaction with the Maxxeon MXN00812, Considering it an excellent solution for worklight needs, especially for mechanics looking for reliable, powerful illumination. **
