MNP-CDM1101U Editorial Review
The XPPen Color Notepad has garnered a range of reviews that showcase a mix of positive experiences and some areas for improvement. Users appreciate the multifunctionality of this device, which serves as a digital notebook, PDF book reader, and a tool for sketching and designing at an appealing price point. The tablet’s handwriting experience is notably satisfying, with users highlighting the high pen sensitivity and unique screen texture that emulate the feeling of writing on paper. Moreover, the convenience of not having to charge the pen is a plus for those who prefer hassle-free usage. While many customers are satisfied with the performance and versatility, there are some critiques regarding the palm rejection technology, which some users found to be inadequate. This issue led to frustrations during writing, despite the tablet’s overall usability. Moreover, the initial setup process has been described as cumbersome, and although it includes a note-taking app, users suggest that external apps might be required for specific needs like drawing. Some will also find the device’s limited storage capacity (128GB with no option for external memory) to be a drawback, especially for heavy users. In summary, the XPPen Color Notepad stands out for its affordability, satisfactory performance in note-taking, and extra features like GPS. However, potential buyers should weigh the concerns regarding palm rejection and storage limitations. **
