With a medium weight of 1.8 ounces and a size of 12 inches by 50 yards, this tearaway stabilizer provides adequate support and stability. The stabilizer is machine washable and easy to remove after stitching is complete. It is not a fusible material and therefore cannot be ironed onto fabric. However, it is thin enough to see through, making it easy to line up pre-cut vinyl for placement stitch. It is not recommended for use as interfacing for clothing, but it works well for machine embroidery projects.
